Packaging
- Every order ships in a plain brown box or an unmarked envelope.
- The return address is our fulfillment centre, not "HUSH", and nothing on the outside says what's inside.
- Larger orders may come in more than one parcel, from different Canadian warehouses.
Billing
- Your card or PayPal statement never lists the products you bought.
- Payment is through PayPal's secure checkout; HUSH never sees or stores your card number.
Your account and email
- You can check out as a guest. No account needed.
- Order emails say only what they need to: your order number and tracking.

- Products ship from Canadian warehouses, so there are no border delays or duty surprises.
- Most orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days, with tracking.
